Karl Åke Henry Allard, born on November 21, 1911, in Örebro and died on October 23, 1996, in Örebro, was a Swedish politician. He served as Speaker of the Second Chamber from 1969 to 1970 and of the unicameral Riksdag from 1971 to 1979.
