Mirko Zago
Famous Italian chef, host of cooking shows on Russian TV. In 1987, Mirko Dzago began working as an apprentice at the Piemonte restaurant (Aosta, Italy). From 1987 to 2001 Mirko worked in restaurants and hotels in Switzerland, Spain and Italy. He ended up in Russia thanks to his acquaintance with the restaurateur Arkady Novikov. I did not seriously think that he would remain in Russia to work, but it turned out that he settled in Moscow. In 2001, he took the position of chef at the Syr restaurant in Moscow. Since 2003 - a member of the Guild of Chefs of Russia. In the autumn of 2004, he became a member of the jury of the Russian qualifying round of the international culinary competition "Golden Bocuse". In 2012, he became a co-host in the culinary show Tasty Life on TNT. In 2013, he became one of the judges of the MasterChef show on the STS channel.
