Widhi Susila Utama (born March 14, 1983) is an acclaimed Indonesian casting director and talent manager. Renowned for his sharp eye for acting talent and his foundational role in professionalizing the craft in Indonesia, he is one of the country's most prominent behind-the-scenes figures. He serves as an active member of the Asosiasi Casting Indonesia (ACI), an industry body established under the Indonesian Film Board (BPI).
