In 2007, Dan Geesin released a CD entitled Fat Head, containing songs and spoken lyrics. The CD cover shows a balloon displaying a drawn, bearded face that looks surprisingly similar to Geesin's. The balloon also plays the leading role in the black-and-white film of the same name, which does not contain a single word. It does represent the tragic journey of a thought, during which the balloon is shattered with stones or slowly shrivels up, but reappears time and again.
